My apartment complex had a power surge and their lobby plasma, a 50" LG 50pc5d, wouldn't turn back on. They said I could have it. I wiped down the absurd amount of dust, air-dusted the inputs, and got it to turn back on. At first there were some bright red lines, then a little jostling and more wiping got rid of the lines. For a little while the screen was almost perfect! There are lots of red "sparklies", especially noticeable...
