oven baking worked! thanks guys. w00t w00t

I tried to reflow twice in the oven with no success. Then bought 5oz of Kester 951 No Clean Solder Flux off ebay for 6 bucks. It came with a little pipette to apply the flux. Wrapped in aluminum foil with a square cut out around the processor. I placed the board on 4 little foil balls to keep it off the tray. Baked for 5 minutes at 350 F. 305t+ is working again. I'll look into getting a heat sink.
