I have been reading this whole thread, the reason being tha I got the dreaded 7 blinks on my Viera TC-P55GT30 that I bought in June 2011. The Repair Technician was out today and diagnosed that SC board was bad. I figure the total repair will cost close to $600.00. With all the problems I have read about this problem is there a chance that Panasonic will reimburse me?

Hello all,
My name is Tony. I stumbled across your site when I was looking for some info on my Panasonic Viera TV with as I now know id showing th dreaded 7 blinking lights error code. I learned quite a bit.
