Hi Im not an electronics expert but know my way around a soldering iron and have repaired an lcd tv ,microwave, and a few mp3 players so now trying to find a repair for my asus k53e with a very dark screen so heres hoping.

Hi gridlock I hav exactly the same problem as you and have proven the mother board it at fault did you ever find the root of the problem and the fix I have followed your threads saying that is exactly my boards problem a pic. and location of the lcd power fuse would be grateful thanks....Leave a comment:
