LED driver board did not help. Next suspect is Main board.

I have exactly the same symptoms on a LC-39LE440U 18 months old. Removed the back cover last night to see if there was any visual damage (capacitors, burnt spots) but found nothing.

My TV will sometimes turn on with no problem. Great picture and sound, everything works. If I turn it off, 100% of the time it will not turn back on. I have to unplug the tv from the wall, wait a random amount of time and sometimes when I plug it back in it will work.

Haven't tested any voltage yet....
