yes i can post a video and no smells or unusable sounds, it smells like normal plastic with no electrical burnt smell
also if i turn the screen off and walk away for an hours or so and come back it goes back to normal and then maybe 5+ minutes later it happens again

Dell E2310H Flickering
i have a 22.9 inch Dell E2310H that is flickering in the top left hand corner i have tried restoring to defaults, different graphics cards, computers and cables but all the same problem occur so im convinced its a hardware issue, i can send some video if needed but does anyone know what is a starting point cheers -
