This seems like an old topic, but I will reply to it anyway

I have the same mainboard in the same TV model. I have noticed that the elecrolytic capacitor which is next PSU input connector is shorted. After following the connections I have found that D1101 diode on the back side of the board is faulty and also MP1583 on the front side of the board was faulty. Please check if all the voltages are OK before dumping the main board.

I have a panel with the same problem. I found the shorted capacitor and replaced, but the screen started showing white lines changing brightness continously.
Any thoughts on how to solve this? Is the panel dead?...

I solved both of the problems. On both main boards there is a cover for processor ICs. Under that cover there are 2 biggie solid capacitors which are 1000uf 10V. Replacing those two capacitors cleared the problems of both sets.

Right now I have 2 pieces of this model.

The problem of the first one:
The TV was turning on late. I noticed some blown capacitors and replaced all the capacitors on secondary part of the power supply. After I turned on the TV the screen is whity. It looks like needs a LVDS setting and makes some noise from the speakers then after about 7-8 seconds it restarts. I tried to reset the EEPROM (with a programmer made all the bits FF). The problem stands still.

The problem of the second one:
When I plug in the mains red stand-by light keeps blinking....

I am from Greece and I own a shop at a city named Komotini. I am a TV repairer. I do these business for about 13 years and now. I currently have great experience on CRT TVs especially BEKO and VESTEL brands. As a TV repairer I encounter some problems on LCDs and Plasma TVs.
