No the power light was not lit, it is only lit when i reset the tv. When i press the power button i noticed no change in measurement. I did the reset procedure and again tested the measurement and noticed nothing different really. STB5V-ON was 0.01 and 0.02 for a while.

I did this, i still have the clicking sound of the tv turning on and off.
Also i was checking the fuses on my power supply board and one of the fuses on the bottom is not giving a reading while all the others are. It like a cylinder its white with a pink stripe at the middle. Is this normal or is there a problem?...Leave a comment:

My Panasonic Plasma TV is not turning on.

Symptoms:
Not turning on
Constant clicking sounds when the TV is plugged in. (The sound of a TV turning on and off again) About 15 second delay between the clicks
When i try to reset the TV by holding down the power button for 10 seconds and then let go and press the power button one more time the red led light turns on but it doesnt blink. It just stays on. Also when i do this the lights on the board of the TV turn on too but only for... -
