Hi all I am stuck with a plasma that won't come on ,the red standby light is on ,press power flashes green then stays green for a few seconds then goes red.After Googling I found this seems a common problem with plasma's pointing to bad caps ,I have looked at the boards the board top centre which I think is the main power board had some caps that looked a little swollen on the end although they checked out OK on a ESR meter I changed them anyway, also fuse 851 which is rated at 4 amp was blown i replaced this and tried firing it up ,no joy no change and when I checked the fuse it has blown again?...
