@Budm I just received the 5v pull up electrolytic capacitor (47uf,50v) and replaced it,5v standby voltage came back on, TV is alive. Thanks Bud

The power supply is not connected to the TV.. I pulled it out to test it.

No change in the reading.
The positive side of C126 reads -43.6v respect to neutral ground. The voltage across the capacitor C126 is 13.6v
