Hi I have a surface Pro3 I can enter the bios but only in user mode cannot enable TPM, secure boot etc, I have dumped the bios which I can upload, I need the admin password from the dump or if somebody can remove it, and send it back unlocked would be great

Hi i am trying to fix a problem with an Acer 5742-6639,it keeps going into a repost when powering on no display on lcd or external monitor,then powers off and back on again in a loop the only way i can get it to post is run a crisis bios recovery or repeatedly hitting the power button,i have tried new power supply, battery,cpu memory,power on switch bios battery is good,once it is in windows it works great,i can restart from windows it reposts every time, i have stress tested it,memory test everything is good, if anybody has seen this issue before and could give me some advise that would be great...
