sanyo dp50749-02 picture problem
i got this tv from a friend and the screen look purple and dim. the panel is a Panasonic mc127h27d12...when i push the on/off switch there a high pitch sound??? anyone ave see this problem?? cut and paste the link for my mini video==https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152382951074312&set=vb.659709311&type=3&theater -

after replacing the power supply tv turn on but i see red pixelisation on dark area anybody know what board can cause this ..i check the voltage and it all goodLeave a comment:

i ave test all one by one out of circuit,all read good .i test the fet and ifound 1 short, replace it ,still no go ...my ac detect pin fluctuate 0v to 5 volt when clicking cycle.. 3.4v ok the rest got nothing ...Leave a comment:

i got this set today and it keep power on and off every 2 sec. i notive no vs or va voltage when i unplug all cable on the power supply .the ac detect pin got 5v and drop to 0 when clicking also the main board ave 3-4 green diode and 1 red diode that glow when clicking on the imediately shut off after 2 sec like a infinite cycle.i think the power supply maybe dead or the main board..need advise if you know . -

i check mine with ribbon cable disconnect and the vf ground screw is the 4 screw that link sc to sd/su..Leave a comment:

ok you said the ss board light glow or just the power red light???on the ss board near r032 r031 is locate a small diode d253 that one should glow "green" when power up and the power led should blink 6 time(the sc board must be disconect)that indicate your ss board is ok.... also check the sd/su board resistance.you ave to unplug all conector of the board check resistance betwen vf ground and pin 2 at conector su 41 and sd 42 pin 9 reading should be near 2.4 m ohm (vf ground is where the screw link the sc to sd/su),...Last edited by tipat; 01-30-2014, 12:05 PM.Leave a comment:

mine got same problem, the sc board was short ,found 7 or 8 igbt short and a small diode .i still wait for 1 part to test it ... check for continuity at conector sc2 if i short the board need repair ..is it a tnpa4782ab ? also check resistance on sd/su board and ss board as well ...if you isolate the sc completely do you get around 200v dc on the power suply the "blue and white" ...when doing this check the led on the ss board. mine glow when sc board is discconect but dont glow when sc is plug that how i determine the...Leave a comment:

i found info for your 50px80a the 2 blink code for your tv is a sos 15v it MAYBE
came from the "d" board ...These 3 conditions can cause the TV to shutdown and the power LED to blink 2 times=Missing P15V
