I'm from the frozen Mitten state in the US. I've tinkered and worked with electronics since the early 80s when I was a young'n. Things like Atari's, Commodores, early Apples II's, CB Radios, etc... I've been building my own gaming PC's since the mid-late 90s. And I've also learned to repair different aspects of them along the way, along with other electronics. Recently, as I've been working on things like GPU's or Motherboards, or other things, I've been in the habit of snapping photos of the boards and components along the way. I'm also trying to get in the habit of snapping images with my digital microscope.

My current projects, are replacing the RAM thermal pads on my Acer Nitro RX7900GRE OC, which is proving quite difficult to find information or schematics for. Upgrading the CPU and Wi-Fi in an old Phenom II based HP Dv6 laptop, and reflowing the solder on an HP monitor button board.
