the capacitor CM802 I test again and = 53,6 nF

and the capacitor CM801 = 98,6 nF

OK, CM802 is fine, so what do you have on the 12V/24V pins when the boards are connected and power switch is activated?

After BD801S to TM801S arrive high voltage, but at the other pins that the other side of TM801S has cero voltage no volts.

TMS801S is the transformer for the standby 5.4V power supply. I thought you do have the 5.4V standby.
Can you please tell us exactly what the TV is not doing beside not having the 12V/24V?

How about the Voltage at the 5.4V pin?

That can now be due to PS-ON signal to turn on the power supply.

That 5.4Vdc standby is very important and it must be steady at 5.4VDC, it is used for running the main board.

I tested pin 5,4VDC = 0,55VDC

I detected the following

Testing ohms in TM801S,

Pins 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 , 14, 15, and 16. Always betewen alls test results= 0 ohms

Now I unsolderd DM853 and DM851.

And. I re-test pins 9 to 16 of TM801S and always results 0 ohms.

This afternoon I will unsolder TM801S and I will test it and all again.

i would test your multi meter is 100% working fine maybe put a new battery in also test what dc voltage you get when testing a brand new 1.5 or 9 volt battery just rules out a faulty meter as we have had this before.

I doubt that the standby power supply transformer is bad, the DCR of the transformer winding will be really low which is normal.
I would suspect bad startup/running caps or may be SMPS IC in the primary side section.

Well, today the tv started!

I tell you...

After I unsolder that I did tell you before....

I test ohms in transformer...and In transistor that I unsolder...and test circuit...

Then I installed these....and tried the board with 220V alone on the table...
