C1 = 200
C2 = 300
Black capacitor in standby = 220
Black capacitor operating = 390

So, with the results of my last voltage reading, is it safe to assume I at least have an issue with the power board in that it is not allowing voltage to the backlights? I believe what your testing has been is to diagnose the board at a specific component level? I found a new board for a good price so I am not opposed to just replacing the board itself.

don't buy the board, before test in diode mode every combination of pins of the big transistor in last photo
