TOSHIBA 43U6763DB - green red led is blinking

I would like you to pass me the usb or programmer firmware,dump of this tv.
I check leds with led controller and leds light nice..also replaced same psu from ebay.

17MB120 23438044

arizanotlari send me eprom dump U13 ..I reflashed with programmer..but nothing help..remote not responding ok..so i flash again my original dump U13 and remote ok start blinking quickier when press ok.
any suggestion what i can check,measure?

ohh man you are so bad at soldering lol ... program new chip u13 and put it in place first.

lol..i just trying few dumps i find on internet..so u13 is resoldered few times today..but when i find solution i will solder nice.
Do I need to buy new U13 chip ? but programmer is reading and writing this chip.

you need new... and just one time solder it after you program it with yours original dumps.

red green on LED front indicator its belong on lost communication between boot and main firmware... it could be BGA issue. or the main boot firmware corrupted-- search this forum i did helped one from UK before COV19 had same issue on vestel 17MB. at end it was BGA and boot U13 together he worked only with USB update after BGA surgery

do you mean bga is in this arrow in picture?
I can try reflow? Im already bought another mainboard coming monday..so i cant loos much if i try.

yes... but not only this part we are talking on firmware,,, this you mentioned are the hearts of ( main CPU ) but still there are sandwich connection between NAND i think U16 which saved big part of firmware.. any way
i would suggest according to yours excitements .. wait first to let the replacements arrived and yours TV work with it 100% free of any issue,,, so at that time you can dump u13 with out take it out use clip ... and work later as you like on the old one.

so there are way to see if it need BGA or not.
now yours U11 had the original MBOOT so yours RC work on the TV. inorder to not lost the RC if you put another main firmware to repair the NAND... you need after download this 2 version of firmware belong to yours panel code. open the txt file ( usb_auto_update_G6F.txt ) and hash # an section for example with blong to SPI flash file
your tv should work and could had different brand name but the RC should remain as yours.

how to... copy all 4 file on FAT32 stick and press power on RC while you plug the tv in wall.... you could try OK to press in case power didnt work.

I replaced mainboard and tv is working again..I reflowed mainboard and only red light start..so possible damaged..thanks for file and help.I can raball cpu..but its not economical spend time with it..new mainboard working.
