asprogrammer tells me "access violation Press ok to ignore and risk data corruption.press Abort to kill the program." when i push detect ic button.

Now even the original main has stopped working, do you have the file to reprogram it?

The file I had saved after reading the 25Q80DV of the MU6120 is the same as the one you gave me,
Now the TV looks like this with both boards

Trying with the original board (MU6120) and detaching the upper flat I managed to get half the image right, if I detach the lower flat you can see the other half

It (dump) is fine for you, it’s working, so the problem is somewhere else.

Oke, thank you very much for the time! You have any idea what the problem could be? Voltages are all present and oke. The standby led flashes once about every 8 seconds

If the problem was in this firmware, then the standby indicator would not light up at all, you may have a problem in the panel, first disconnect the cable between the power supply and the motherboard and turn it on, only the backlight should light up, then connect it back and disconnect the LVDS cable from motherboards and panels and reapply power and test the TV’s response.

The panel is not the problem.
The backlight and the panel are good.
maybe the chip itself is bad. I will write my old dump back to a good chip and look what it does.
maybe the bga is the problem.

The memory is 25Q40CLSIP, I als have some problem to et the QE to 1......

THank you for the help, now the TV is working.

Regarding the problem of the QE setting to 1 I have used a new version of Asprogrammer and it works.


Where did you take the first part of the corrupted BIN file? Is it common for all the Samsung versions?

Just copy and past with an editor?

Each software version has its own firmware and they are all different.
