The board may or may not work. It depends on the version also. However you can take the eeprom from the working board and put it on your board and it should work.

I just did this. You better off buying a better programmer like I did and fixing yours. That way you can fix it in the future if it happens again.

If not your back to buying another main board.

This chassis is famous for its standby firmware rally in SPI Flash W25Q40CL (IC1604).
If you have a programmer, then copy the contents of W25Q40CL (IC1604) and post it here, I'll fix the dump for you.

i have chassis JAZZ_L_BUILT-IN BN-41-02528a with same symptom if possible tell way can edit or edit the dump that i attached from chassis W25Q40CL if any information need please inform me

XXMUxxxx and XXKUxxxx are different chassis, platforms, what is the malfunction of your samsung, are there all voltages on the motherboard?

will not turn on, no standby light but when i remove the psu cable from main board i get back lights and when press remote power on, standby led flash once
all voltage are ok except HAVDD_8.5V & HVIN_12

It is not clear when you disconnect the power supply from the main board, how the standby indicator might blink.

standby indicator blink when psu connected not when i remove psu, when i remove the psu cable from main board i get back lights

Tv work, backlight is ok but no image with this dump.

Hi ,I have the same TV Samsung ue49mu6120 and the same problem...the electronics is OK (after I replaced the main fuse) but the TV is dead.Now i de-soldered the 1604 chip and dumped the firmware and i see a lot of FF.Any chance that any of you beautiful people can help me too? .Thank you.

Sorry for the late replay.First thanks for the super quick replay.Second no luck the TV with the new firmware does not power on.I suspect I missed something on the MB...
