Hello there,

I have the same issue. After some vertical Lines on my LG OLED C7D, i swapped the T-Con Board.
With the new Board, the lines are gone, but i see ghost logos like "Dolby Vision" "HDR" etc. all over the Screen.
I wanted to downgrade my OLED and update it again, but i cant find an older version of the firmware... Does anybody know where i can find it? My firmware is 6.00.25.

all LG TV series from 2014 to 2021 ( old & new web OS Firmware ) can downloaded from LG server with help this site server,

with wifi never work... only LAN
GATEWAY --- yours PC IP
DNS Server ---- yours PC IP

yours PC should with LAN too

yours pc firewall blocking communication , or you write the ip gate way on the tv wrong

No luck same , I try wifi, wired connection same , I even try 3 firmwares and the original one too

show me screen on \LgDTVUpDater\htdocs show all files, or use this blank file instate the one you have

well i think its not my job to teach computer science over here.... or !!!

I did probably 5 times and still not come up the model in the in dumb.txt nothing change on the files

show me screen on \LgDTVUpDater\htdocs show all files, or use this blank file instate the one you have

in_dumb.txt is just quide to know the name of new file generated under C:\LgDTVUpDater\htdocs for exampel HE_DTV_XXXXX_XXXXX so look after which file generated new ... you will know this when your PC explorer setting can show the exit type of the file and date time stamp. also you can delete the perviouse in_dump.txt content it will generate new one

here how to do in German language.. you can translate it to English via the browser. it is very easy.. attached also the Apache server.

Like I said it's a different story and I also said maybe I will talk about the B8 upgrade later ( for you maybe sounds not good idea ) and I have done it 9 month ago , and still working as normal.

sorry man.. i cant share my mind with subject you are running unclear to us.. you have 2 OLED and you exchange parts between them.. TV OLED like pc when take the hard disk from PC to pc.. when you exchange parts this parts should register the new hardware against the old registered... some time this make JAM

Sorry for misunderstanding, I have extra motherboard C9 which it's already upgraded on the B8 TV ( it's a different story)

It's dosed have nothing to do with my other C9 TV which I was talking about and try to find solutions to match the new T-CON to the panel or to find a solution to fix the old and original T-CON from the TV

you are just jumping between solutiones, mean while i never heared on this heating error..

rollingback firmware more easy.. because downgrade you need old firmware version which LG remove them from download. unless you write at any forum of this model if some one upload it for you.

however i will try to write to you later how to rollingback the firmware.. mean while when you install the old T-CON did you screw it complete with the metal shield and chassis ?

I find on a china lg website any firmware version for C9 , I try with the USB to install but dose not see any file the TV .. what options are to downgrade firmware if I have the early files?

I have upgrade my B8 with C9 motherboard I confirmed that all works good on the B8

C9 motherboard + wifi card with the switcher ON/OFF

why you play with LG service RC ??? you dont have its RC????
and why you dont programm the Tv channel ??? or at least feed it with external HDMI signal ???? or play movie mpeg with USB drive ?????

Oh, sorry I recorded just to see all the menu settings from the service menu coz like you know the tv turn OFF between 30 sec - 1 min and then to compare with the new T-CON

I do have 3 RC + service RC

I will add new video with Burn Test 5% grey with the old T-CON and a video with my OLED55B8 and the C9 with the old T-con
