Panasonic 3 Blinking red light issue

hi guys i have a Panasonic TX-49DS500B LED TV that as soon as you plug it in it starts blinking 3 rapid flashes of red follow by a short pause then repeats. i cant find any blink codes for this model am i right to believe it is something to do with the standby voltage ?

anyone else had one like this and managed to sort the issue ?

I have a TX-L55WT50B doing the same thing I read that it's under voltage or over current, also could be t-con missing 3.3v, or mainboard on the 3.3v sub not sure if it's the same as yours

Care to tell the forum what you replaced on the power supply to fix the problem?

OK thanks, This was the repair from this thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=94115, It can get confusing when there are multiple threads on the same repair.

                by ZixuTech
Hey guys, I got this model which stays black screen but CPU heats up. All voltages on board seems oK.
                Perhaps BIOS issue?

                Brand: Asus
                Model: F1502Z
                SN: R4N0CV11S622169
                Board: X1403ZA 2.2

I have flashed this BIOS for test purposes and it lights up the ASUS but blank SN. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...21#post3593121

Can you clean and enter SN for me please....

Panasonic ZT60 plasma tv with strange behavior and 8 blink code
                by cloo
I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.

So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.
After doing a factory reset this problem was gone and the picture was back to...

Panasonic TX-P42G30E green light blinking, no video, no audio
                by ItepK
                Hey everyone!

I've gotten this TV for free, neither have it seen a TV repair man, neither have it been opened before.

This post describes my entire troubleshooting process of this TV.

When I turn it on using the ON/OFF switch at the side of the TV, the light rapidly flashes green, then it stays on, but it does not react to any of the remote buttons, side buttons, and doesn't play audio.

I've taken the unit apart, and I've started to check some voltages:

                • On the P11 connector, there is 15V DC only for a brief moment, then it goes

                Samsung UE40F5300AK blinking red light
                by Fergal22
                Hi,
I have the above tv that just shows a red light blinking twice 5 times, i have taken the back off and all the capacitors seem ok,
When i disconnect the mainboard from the PSU all the led's light up blinking fast but as soon as i reconnect the mainboard back to the power supply i get the red light blinking again twice 5 times,
I have attached pictures of the Mainboard, PSU and a small video (zipped) showing what happens when i disconnect the lead from the psu
                Any help would be appreciated...
