Dear Repair friends, this is my first post from the small country Belgium...
I have a TV, a Philips 55PFL7007H/12 - QFU1.1E-LA Chassis
It has vertical lines in the image.
Some of the the lines are deviate very sharp, some have a mild brightness deviation.
I added pictures to clarify.
What i already did:
- Reseated and cleaned all flex connections
- Checked 12V power to the board = OK
- Reflowed the main BGA of the TCON Board
Possible causes of these defects:
- Panel defective (distortions also noticable at just over the other half of the screen)
- TCON defective
- Loose BGA connections at the mainboard Fusion processor. The V-By-One connection to the TCON is located at one of the corners of the main processor where the solder balls break the earliest.
Next thing to do: Reball the Fusion Processor at the Main board
