lg 3d 42lm620s main board problem

Hi guys,I have the tv of the title and after a lightning it stoped working.It blow the fuse of the psu.When I changed it, The led was ok,after I started the tv,The led blinked twice and blow the fuse again.In measurements in the main board,I found ALL caps connected to +1.2V_MTK_CORE,shorted.Does anybody knows if this is a defective main chip lge2112?Because everything else seems ok.

It could be a defective IC2400 or any of the capacitor connected to the +1.2V_MTK_Core line having gone short circuit.

An electrolytic connected on that line may have gone short circuit.
I would check C525, C539, C2407, C2408, C2409, C2414.

I checked everything is ok,I also discovered 1,5v ddr has srted caps and very fastrating is that c2442 and c2444 also line soted bad caps ok.I think its the lge2112...
