You mean you only get a quarter now, when last exact setup gave you half a good display?

Forgot to attach a pic last time. Also when the tcon came of the side of the screen by the power buttons got pretty hot. I'm guessing I fucked it, not sure why I bought a broken tv anyways when I usually get them for free.

1- you need screw the t_CON to chassis al least 2 screw 1 at each side
2- disconnect only the ribbon as you did first time ( the left front side should display picture and other side will be white.... so you can see the menu setting when you call it )
3- call the menu setting and go down to audio setting you need to inter service menu 1-9-6-9
under first page there are some things clear chip ... if you are not sure.. upload photo to tell you which need to initial the chip ( hard reset ) the set will go standby... plug it from wall socket and put the ribbon back then plug in and start the set... tell the result
I can't see the menu now I'm only getting a quarter of the screen on that side. I didn't notice before I didnt have the tcon screwed down and it lost ground, did I damage something?

Dell G3 15 3500 - Battery bug (black screen and flashing keyboard backlight)
    by HTR-Informatique
    Hello,

YouTube video of the problem encountered: https://youtube.com/shorts/q7TLNv36LUo

I am a pro and I have a problem that I have never seen despite my 7.5 years of experience on my own and my thousands of repairs, on a customer's Dell G3 15 3500.

On this PC I have already changed the complete palmrest because the keyboard was no longer working properly.

I also changed the screen because the PC fell and the screen was broken.

I changed the battery with a new and original battery.

I also had corrosion/oxidation on the...

    Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

When the black screen appeared, my legion 5 pro was connected to my external monitor...

    Hi everyone,
I have this strange behaviour with Acer Aspire E5-574-52RH, i5 6200U, intel graphics, DA0ZRWMB6G0 Rev G, model ZRW.
Laptop came in for a SSD upgrade, took everything apart to install the SSD.
Everything started after modifying BIOS settings to boot UEFI instead of Legacy.
Laptop works fine, i installed windows 10 and drivers/updates, everything works ok(when it works)
The black screen problem is random, maybe 5 out 10 times, laptop remains with the black screen, no image

    Symptoms are:

Hisense H49M3000 PSU buzzing + Black screen after 20min
    by EUWest
Hey Folks just got another Hisense with an unusual Problem.

After plugging in its starts buzzing on the cold side. Could not located it 100%, but seems like transformer/capacitor.

TV has 1 horizontal Line, often static. After 10min screen gets flickering and after about 20min screen gets Black while Sound is on. After turning off and on screen appears back for about 5min and then went Black again.

    I checked LED Voltage:
While Screen is on about 115v
While Screen is Black also about 115v
    LED Connection unplugged also 115v
    ...
