    UE40D5500 Keeps restarting software problem!

Samsung TV has issue with nand flash , keeps restarting. All voltages present and OK. I disconnected the PWM pin from motherboard connecter and it still keeps restarting. So its not psu issue , disconnecting the Tcon board changes nothing either.
My question is , will reprogramming the nand chip fix the problem? it has a nand chip and i think its called EEMC chip for storing memory. I was thinking to use RT809H programmer to reprogram the chip and hopefully fix the issue or maybe if someone has some boot/flash files i can do it thru USB.
    Thanks alot in advance.

It's usually bad blocks on the Samsung NAND. It will need replacing, the last time I checked a RT809H wasn't able to program the blanks chips.

You can buy tnm5000 or rt809h with tsop48 adapter.

diif is right. Rt809h not good for rewriting old k9gag08u0e chips.

I bought the programmed chip from a local guy.. it fixed the problem. He told me not to connect the tv to the internet or else the problem might happen again... is this true?

If having the tv connected to internet messes up the nand, then the tv is kind of useless. Your nand did have a problem but just being connected should not be an issue. If you can and don't already try connecting internet with ethernet cord instead of wifi and I would turn off any software/firmware auto updates, I turn all auto updates off just to be safe, you can always update manually when/if needed.

Problem with LG Plasma 60PM6700 - Random power downs
                    by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
                    1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
                    2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
                    3. Problem: TV shuts down

                    i have a problem with thinkpad X1 carbon gen 2 "LMQ-1MB 12298-2 48.4LY26.021"
The laptop was turned off because the MOSFET was not transmitting voltage. After checking it turned out that the gate pin on the MOSFET was the problem, because it was producing an inappropriate voltage. and it was discovered that the problem was with the Think engine, so I decided to reprint each pin, and finally the mosfet could work properly. However, there is another problem, even though the voltage has been supplied to the laptop, it still won't turn on, there isn't even an LED indicator. After double...

                    Lenovo T580 - LCD Panel problem - error 0288
                    by perzyk23
                    Good morning,
I have a problem with Lenovo T580, which after error code 0288 suggests a problem with the display. I checked the display and it works on another laptop. I replaced the display cable with a new one. I programmed another BIOS (downloaded from this forum) and I still have the problem of a dead display - there is an image via HDMI, and the system does not detect the built-in LCD at all. The problem appears to be hardware. What can I check to confirm or disprove this? I found many threads on the Internet related to this problem 0288, but without specific solutions. Please advise....

                    Dell 15R-5521 keyboard problem (KBC?)
                    by SDNarcia
Hello, I have a Dell 15R-5521, with the problem that the Ctrl, Alt, Shitf and Num Lock keys do not work, I tested the keyboard with a keyboard tester and it is functional, I also got another new keyboard and the computer has the same problem with the same keys. Check continuity between the ZIF connector from the keyboard to the KBC and all pins are correct. I cleaned the ZIF connector and the KBC and I still have the same problem. I reinstalled windows just in case, and it didn't work. I updated the BIOS to the latest version A16 and there were no changes.

                    As additional information,...
