So, I have searched the internet for long, high and low and ended up here.
As the title suggests; there are static repeating black-ish horizontal lines that start from the left and fades away at around 65% toward the right, meaning its length is more than half the screen. The lines are from top to bottom evenly spaced. I can see the lines on the test image, and on chromecast input.
This is my first time investigating TV errors at this level, and my initial googling led me to believe it was the T-CON board, considering that it has a left-ish problem. But googling even more, and searching this forum I am now uncertain. I dont got the tools to test individual components atm.
I have tried fiddeling with the T-CON board to LCD cables, thinking it might be a bad cable, and i tried swapping the left with the right cable. No changes. I tried jerking alot with the cable, no help.
I appreciate any input!
