OK my boss gave me this tv Furrion FEFS58E7A and the only thing i know about is that it sometimes it turns on but i have had no luck. The stand by light is on but does nothing when i press the power button or remote. I have checked the 2-12v and they read 11.60 and the 2- 5v=5.13 and the 5vstb =5.14 all when plugged in.Can y'all kindly point me of where to start? Thanks.

so now its different from start when you got the tv.. right? if yes mean this spi the reason.. need to dump the firmware of it and flash it on new spi IC--- dont play so much on this ic as you need the firmware which saved on it so dump the firmware .bin then you can try to heat it

Well dang that's way above me, as i don't have any equipment to dump and flash the firmware.

double check the no of yours original IC, if its correct as you wrote before then the key words of it "25Q16BSIG SOP-8" you can buy it from china too

Atx psu 5Vstb present, no output
                      by adelage
                      Hi guys,
I am currently trying to fix an atx psu which has 5v stb present, but doesn't turn on when shorting the pson wire to ground (I have tried with and without load), the pwm/supervisor is a est7502 (which I have replaced), I have checked every diode, every transistor and every cap and they all look fine (capacity wise, I don't have an esr meter yet), the only anomaly is the second voltage (is it called bias voltage maybe?) coming out from the standby transformer, which reads 13.5v (I believe it should be above 15/16v), any suggestion on what to check next?

                      PS4 ADP-240CR fast shutdown
                      by tikyucnan
We repaired an ADP-240CR that was not producing 12V properly.
DDA001AG and 1608B were broken, so they were replaced and 12V came out normally, but when connected to the main unit and turned on, it immediately shuts down.
Then 5V is not output and the power supply locks up.
When the power cable is disconnected and reconnected, the lock is released.
I have seen the locking symptom when there is something wrong with the 1608B, so I replaced it with another 1608B, but the situation remains the same.

                      I transplanted major ICs such as DDA001AG, DAS001, 1608B, DNP012A,...

EVGA 430W PSU Correct voltages but computer won't turn on
                      by objecttothis
I had a desktop form factor mini-server die on me a few weeks ago. Through my initial diagnostics, I was convinced it was the motherboard because when I shorted the Green wire on the ATX connecter, the multimeter gave me all the correct voltages on the various pins of the ATX connector and 5VSTB was also correct. To my surprise the replacement motherboard wouldn't turn on with the case power button either. I threw in another PSU and it turned on right away. This is an 80 Plus EVGA 430W PSU with PN:100-W1-0430. I pulled the cover off and don't see any immediately obvious blown caps or scorch...

Samsung plasma - flashing standby light
                      by 7ony
The TV is a 2013 Samsung plasma, model # PN60F5300AFXZA.

Snagged it up in non-working condition a couple years ago. Previous owner said that sometimes he could get it to come on after repeated tries but other than that he couldn't get it to turn on.

Personally I haven't been able to get it to turn on at all. The standby light comes on solid when plugged in, but pressing the power button results in the standby light flashing once every 4 or so seconds. No "click" noises, no light from the panel at all. Just the flashing standby light.

                      No visible...
