I can measure 5V at USB 1/2 and while Power on TV my USB stick lights up but then nothing, no reading. USB Mouse do nothing, no light

yours V messure could be have error...

at this condition dont use airmouse.... just use normal usb mouse cable

I plugged in a cable mouse but only a short on/off of red light, every time i plug it in

did you disconnect the LVDS cable at this test ?????? if no then you need to do it..
also plug out the socket of WLAN and speaker from MB

Yes, i disconnected wifi,speaker and LVDS. plug in cable usb mouse but exact same behavior... 2 times relais clicks on/off and at 3rd time it stays on

PCB relay click on and then off and then ON ?? show please yours PCB and the T-CON wiring

Yes, the power board relais clicks on/off/on/off/on and then stays on with all voltages but drv_on

alle connector LVDS cable bring them as they schould only the the socket at the PCB 24V which go to T-CON driver boards disconnected it from PCB side... turn on and check the relay click and the optical ... mouse etc. ( screen of course will be black )

TCON left fuse F1 i got 12V from MB

so the t-con recieve the 12V from LVDS... did you have 12V when you turn on on the T-CON F1 from both side?

ok do same test just 24V socket disconnect to T-CON... see did yours RC can turn on or off after you plug it on ?

24v to TCON disconnected and with RC i can turn it on and off but with relais clicks an no usb no optical

as it is react to RC at this test... stay at this test condition and when it turn on send IN_STOP wait one 1 second then follow the code... if it go to STB mean recieved the command.
