Vestel 11AK49 board : unknown ports

Another vestel, but this time, a CRT TV. I bought it second hand 6 months ago, and I noticed some strange ports. There is :
- a card or mini-IDE port
- a "control" port that looks like a serial port on old computers
- an unknown, 3 pin I guess, port for whatever feature.

This CRT works fine, I even enhanced it with the service menu settings.
I just want to know what are these ports, I've never seen them on a TV.

It's a Hypson HY 29RF20 TNT

This website provides the manual but it is not free download.
And I didn't find yet a free alternative... That's why I asked on this forum.
