Samsung UE40F8005ST - 0.0V over SOME of backlight LED

I have a backlight issue with some of the LED's in my samsung UE40 not working.

I'm getting zero volts to these 2x15 LEDS og both left and right side.

Voltage readings are 13V 28V 27V 0V 12V (see picture)

I have traced the wiring to this pin on the chip (see picture). Could this be bad?

Also. Could this be repaired by installing af Zener diode? I'm not sure how, so if anyone knows if it's possible, might I ask how?

Caps are tested ok

You are correct. It is a BN44-00635A. Full board info in picture. 220V euro
