XBR65X810C Blinking 6 Times - Not turning on

Hi folks.
I just picked up this TV - it's nice 65" 4K from Sony.
I can't seem to find any posts on the X810C series. This TV blinks 6 times. Does anyone have the service manual or knows what this codes mean?

6-BLINK due to Backlights/Circuits issue.
Attach good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all boards, that will be a start.
Threads about XBR-65X810C, you need to put in the Dash in the model number.

All connectors in place. Keep the meter (set 200Vdc range or more) black probe on chassis and Red probe on one of the two pin of the LED connector then turn on the TV while watching the meter, repeat the same on the other pin of the LED connector.

Black wire doesn't fluctuate much.. 0 and 35 mV
Red wire. Upon plugging into the wall Voltage goes to ~90V steady, then starts dropping down. Upon pressing the power button, it goes to 90 V... (boot up is long) 10 seconds later the front indicator LED glows white once. 5 seconds later, the voltage jumps to 215 V then starts dropping fast and the Red LED starts blinking the 6 blinks.

It looks like you have open circuit in the LED string. Do you have LED tester?

Yes, I do.. and yes, one LED out of the whole set is bad. I opened up the panel.
These Tiny LEDs are new.. I'll have to order a whole strip.

Man! you are able to open up 65" panel that fast? It is really sad that these TV's with LED backlights failed so fast, they should never drive them so hard to.

Let me tell you.. it was a pain!!!

See the size of this LED.. Compared to typical 3030 LEDs for all other backlit TVs I've worked on!!
Can barely see that. The ruler is in milimeters
