    Hisense 50h5c back panel problem?

I have searched for this model on the forums and other keywords as (bright spot, stain, faulty screen area) to no avail.

I have a Hisense 50h5c smart TV that it is currently fully working except for a sort of a brighter area on the screen with uneven edges (like if screen was cracked). I have attached some pictures so you can hopefully better understand what I'm trying to say.

The issue is more visible when the background picture is white. As you can see in the images when a colorful background is displayed is very hard to notice the faulty area.

Is this something that could be fixed? I have another TV of same model for parts with a cracked screen.

Thank you very much in advanced.

Dispersion film problems. The panel must be taken down and seen.

      Thank you for you reply.

Is this Dispersion film something that can be replaced or fixed somehow?

We must first see what the problem is. If it is serious, it can be replaced. If it is not serious it can be fixed.
Turn the panel down and turn on the TV

I have unmounted the back panel of the second exact model tv with a cracked screen I have for practice and I can't seen to find the film or how to get to it. I have attached some pictures.

Remove the black frame by freeing up these clips all the way round. The layers of film are held at the edges.

Thank you! I see that semi transparent film. I will unmount the back panel of the faulty TV and check the condition of this film.

Without the panel, turn on the TV. The backlight will turn on and see the condition of the foils.

                  I have a last update....

The problem was in fact caused by the dispersion film but I managed to crack the good working screen in the process of disassembly.

When trying to remove the outer plastic frame the actual screen came apart and I was unable to hold it fast enough and it fell flat on the table. It is cracked.

Thank you very much for the help and tips on how to fix this problem.

I'm sorry to hear you broke the panel. It is irreparable.

I have a question regarding this TV power board.

What pins do I need to keep shorted to make it work as if the TV was on so I can get all the voltages?

I have attached 2 pictures to show the connector to main board.

                      Thank you in advanced.

                          STB and any ground?

If so, can I just shot those to pins with a cable, or do I need to use a resistor?

When the TV is powered, in stb, the voltage of 12v appears ?.
