TVC digiquest dgq2212v fhdStandby ied flashes 6 times

hello everyone, at power on the red led flashes as normal then very short pause and starts flashing in cycles of 6 flashes, I tried to save the firmware of the two chips U10 and U12 and then to reprogram them without result, at this point I don't know if the firmware is corrupt or the chips are defective, or the problem lies elsewhere? tensions seem right, what do you recommend?
    thank you.

      What are the Voltage readings?
We also need good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.
