Re: Bush DLED48287HDCNTDFVPY Standby LED Blinking Constantly
I don't see anything suspicious in profiles. Everything seems right. Try scanning channels to select another country (eg Germany)

1. Format a stick (max. 4G) with FAT32
2. Put an empty folder on the stick that you call downloadprofile.mb211
3. Turn on the TV
4. Insert the stick into usb. If you ask to open it, press NO
5. Type MENU and 4725
6. Go down to USB operations
7. Type OK and wait a few seconds
8. Back to exit the menu
9. Turn off the TV and wait until the stb LED stops flashing
10 Remove the TV stick. On it are the saved profile files from the TV
11. Post them here to see if they can be modified for HD channels.
Thanks.Attached FilesLeave a comment:

Save the profile from the TV to a stick and post it here. It can be modified and solved.Leave a comment:

Re: Bush DLED48287HDCNTDFVPY Standby LED Blinking Constantly
I tested the TV again this morning and while everything appears to be working fine, I can't seem to find any HD channels after automatic channel tuning, but SD channels are working fine.
I have tried to factory reset the TV from the menu, but I still can't find any HD channels.
Is there anything I can check to resolve this?
Thanks.Leave a comment:

Nice work, glad the software could be found, there's SOO many tvs in the landfill because whoever put them on the market don't support them, even the so called name brands rush to take the firmware off their sites just as soon as they can, it's a damn shame.Leave a comment:

Or try another software

I spoke to Bush technical support earlier who agreed to send me the firmware files, but it looks like I won't be needing them.
Thank you all very much for your help.Leave a comment:

Maybe try a simple reset, unplug tv, hold power button on tv in for 30 seconds, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and try it, that or some combination like that.Leave a comment:

Now we are convinced that the problem is software. Must have software for 17MB211 and VES480UNDS-2D-N12 panel. I'm sorry but I didn't. Post in the dedicated thread and maybe someone will help you.Leave a comment:

Re: Bush DLED48287HDCNTDFVPY Standby LED Blinking Constantly
The buttons on the TV don't do anything.
If I unplug the TV and plug it back in, I can power it back on using the remote or the power button on the TV.

If you want you can try this. At your own risk.

For software you can post here

The TV now boots after running the firmware update, but the remote does not respond when the TV is on (I am currently stuck at the language selection screen).
Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Re: Bush DLED48287HDCNTDFVPY Standby LED Blinking Constantly
Is this similar to you mainboard and if it is where does the flat ribbon cable go?
A photo of the back of the set showing the boards interconnected would be helpfull.
You could try to update the firmware if you can locate the correct file.Last edited by dick_barton; 04-04-2020, 09:40 AM.Leave a comment:

Re: Bush DLED48287HDCNTDFVPY Standby LED Blinking Constantly
I will upload a photo of this tomorrow for you (it's 22:30 here in the UK and I'm having a few beers to alleviate the boredom of isolation).
I should have mentioned in my OP that I disconnected everything from the system board to test (except for the PSU and LED board) and while I didn't get a backlight (because the cable was disconnected to test), the TV showed the same symptoms (constant blinking power LED for about 2 minutes, then a brief pause (no LED), then blinking again).
Thanks.
There are five PCBs in the TV:- System Board
- PSU
- LED Board
- Wi-Fi Board
- Backlight Inverter Board
Please can you review my notes regarding the firmware recovery method and advise if this is worth a try?
Thanks.Last edited by BL4K3Y; 04-04-2020, 08:59 AM.Leave a comment:

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?by Tynan DillI was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

by HakuuHi There,
This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.
After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.
