Westinghouse LTV-32w6 HD picture messed up (oversaturated?)

I really don't know how to describe the problem, so I've attached two pictures showing it. The TV worked fine yesterday, and is screwed up today.

There is NO problem with the audio.

There is NO problem with the menus or reception (over the air DTV stations). Channel searching works just fine.

The problem appears on both digital TV and composite video sources. (I suspect it is on all sources.)

The picture is present and visible, just messed up. It's as if the picture is oversaturated.

I did do a reset through the menus, no difference.

The problem is present even if there are no inputs connected.

I'd like some suggestions on where to look. It would be great if there were a bunch of bad caps, those I can fix, and this TV is the right age for bad caps, but before I open it up, I'm hoping for some opinions.

Looks like a gamma problem on tcon, could try cleaning ribbon cable ends from tcon to panel and lvds cable from tcon to mainboard and make sure they're securely seated and not loose.

Gamma Voltages issue. Can we see the T-CON board?
      Clean/re-seat cables as suggested.

Okay, here's a pic of the TCON. And there were no obviously bad caps on the mainboard or power supply. Cleaning and reseating the ribbon cables had no effect.
