Smug line on Polaroid TV FLM-3734 LCD Screen

I have a 37 inch Polaroid TV FLM-3734. There is al smug line on the screen that does not move. On a light colored picture you can hardly see it. On a dark color picture it can bee seen more. On the orange screen it is located in the bottom left quadrant. Any ideas on how to repair it or can it be repaired? Enclosed are photos.

Noise in voltage supplies that is in beat with the line hence the noise lines in theory. Go and check.

No noise, no beat. It did have a buzzing noise before I replaced the caps. The buzzing noice was on the same panel as the caps. The caps were for lost of picture/sound.
      Thanks

thats a bruised panel.something hit it.
live with it or replace panel.
the swirls are an artifact with the camera.

This seems to be a common occurrence nowadays it really makes you appreciate how relatively bulletproof CRTs were.

If you elbow a CRT you're looking at a bruised elbow not a broken screen .
Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.

I received this from an older couple that took very good care of it. They said they hardly touched it when cleaning. They also said the smug started by a spot which grew into line. If this is the case can it be fix and how? Thanks everyone for you help so far!!!!!

note: The words on the first photo are not the problem I am having. They are moving on the screen. The photo stop the movement causing it to look that way. The last photo is a good example of the broblem.

I've seen similar marks that 'grow' on laptop displays. Generally caused by a bash to the display, they can also come from bad design where there's pressure on the back of the display that, over time, distorts the plastic diffusers in the display.

The only way to fix it is to replace.

So what would get replaced? The whole display (LCD) or the plastic diffusers?
