Samsung UE55ES6560 image becomes white issue

hello

i need some help for a tv samsung.
backlight and sound ok
the image does two things :
-vertical white lines,
-screen progressively becomes white
the lines can occur first at the middle or the side and fast appear everywhere

when i check the t-con board, serial : lsj550hw04, on the left side, i see two circuit that is very similar with a IC regulator D9323.

when i test them, only the resitance at Vout are different, but at Vout of the chip i have 3V for the bottom one that seems ok, but only 1,1V at the upper one.

can my problem due to this ?

We need pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards, and then the screenshot of what you are seeing on the screen.

I'm wondering why you do modifications whitout the advice of the forum, the risk is to make unusable good parts to sell. The pictures change every thing, this is a common panel fault, none of the users since many years has discovered a solution for this, what i can suggest is to disconnect the tcon output flats one at a time and see if you have a good half screen, but don't expect much!

thanks for the information
it's not a problem for me to desolder-resolder IC chips. i fix many other stuff but i'm not good as i want for tv t-con and motherboard yet..

when i unplugged the left or right flex, the screeb does exactly the same on the side plugged.

i have already seen this repair by tape but never really understand it, can you explain me how thecircuit works on this lines ?
my impression is that the pixels of the tv can never go black when they were "open" by signal. that's it ?

Seen MANY MANY panel problems solved on youtube alone, some of the techniques are simple some are complex. Just because one self proclaimed "genius" doesn't know the solution doesn't mean a real one can't get the job done.

Since the tab bonding boards are on the bottom edge of the panel which can easily be damaged by the cleaning liquid.
1) I would start checking the Voltages at the test points on the T-CON board, I.E. VGH, VGL, VCC, etc.
2) Inspect the tab bonding boards for damages.

Since this is a ES series also check the connector's for any arcing. This can cause vertical lines and boot looping issue's. It will be the cable going from the power supply to the main board. Unplug and look for dark brown or arcing in the pins.

I have find the culprit there is a tab bonding at the left side that is dead
And find short on c01 on panel tcon
