Follow the wire back to where it comes from, then check the components, If you look at the service manual it does give some direction where to look, search the manual for inv_on or inv_ctl etc. to follow the path

You can try forcing on the backlights circuit by disconnecting the INV_ON (BL-ON) wire going back to the main board first then use 1K resistor between BL-ON pin and standby power supply pin to force the backlights on, if the backlights are on but you do not see any video, or sound, or other functions then it has more than just the BL-ON controlling problem.

                                  Hi to all 😎
I'm looking for any useful information to repair this interface (I have attached the image).
On this board I read E3215-1215A_4D.
This is the small plate inside the HD enclosure that allows to connect a 12 volt power supply, interface the disk with a USB 3.0 socket and is connected to the HD with the SATA connector.

If any of you have found a burnt or short-circuited component in a circuit like mine, if you have useful diagrams for the repair, or even better a description for the tests at the test points, I would be very grateful.
                                  in particular...

                                  LG 65UQ70 horizontal bars jumping

So I bought this LG 65UQ70 today at Walliworld. Put the wall mount on, set it up, worked for 30 mins and then I get these jumping horizontal bars. Let the TV do updates and let it cool down for 5 mins. Worked perfect for 2 mins. As soon the TV is warm I get the jumping vertical bars again.

Keep the other TCL thread in mind. Now I am questioning are all COVID 2022 / 23 TV’s bad or what? That’s two 65” TV’s one from Amazon and this one from Walmart. What are the chances on that?

I guess this one goes back either later today or tomorrow morning, unless...

I have been wanting to do this project for some time using a Mean-well switching power supply that I bought at least ten of them that were originally in a device that was abandoned for some reason they were listed new but removed from equipment that was never used

I do not understand Mean-well the capacitor next to the voltage reference ic chip was a brand that is known for failure over time the other capacitors are brand name needless to say it got replaced before I even powered it on for the first time
