I've noticed that there are a lot more listings for these components on Ebay and Amazon. I was wondering if anyone has recently ordered any of them, and if they actually work. I ordered 12 FGD4536 from Italy and 10 30f131 from Amazon. I will post my results when the parts come in.

by budwichRead thru lots of posts about fake items so there is great potential for coming across these. Of course, the simple test of the failed units showing a short isn't the point of this post.
I wanted to get some people's experience with "stock they have on hand" to see if the "simple diode test" tells you anything more about the potential for having a good device (ie. maybe not fake) before soldering it to the board.
In diode mode, with the black lead on the emitter, and red on the center pin, the meter should read nothing. The test then is to put the... -
by BiruslapioI have two TVs here with both Y-SUS failures, one LG and one Samsung.
The Samsung's Y-main shorted one FGD4536 and one RJP63K2(there are two in parallel)
I have the FGD but I only have one RJP63F3, which is different from the K2, so, can two 30J124 be put in place of two RJP63K2? are they equivalent?
Also for the LG two 30F131 shorted, I have some FGD4536 (the same that are used on the samsung), can they be also be a substitute without issues?
RJP63F3 and K2 are 630V 30A IGBTs, but their rise/fall time and other internal variants differ.

by waigyIn my fusion FE-402 car amplifier the gain pot is an RK097G.
I think it is anyway, the RK097G is the closest I've found to the original with the same pin number and dimensions.
The differences are my pot is blue and has B203 on it and the shaft is plastic with a small slot at the very end only.
I measured the resistance and found it went from 0 up to 10k so I ordered a 10k pot.
I then took the pot out the board and it now measured 22k.
I tried putting it back in the board and it goes back to 10k.
Is this normal and if so what pot should I order?

by EazyBoneI got this TV and it showed a picture with a flashlight. I assumed it was backlights and almost ordered them. I used the led tester and both lines were 132V and lit up. I then check the voltage on the lights and there wasn't any. I looked around a bit and found a shorted Diode.
As shown in the picture the diode 3200 read shorted. I ordered a replacement off Amazon and back to working! While searching for the diode I read it could effect other TCLs as well such as the 43 inch.
Just helping out of someone needs it. Good luck... - Loading...
