    Sony XBR65X850B 4Ktv no power Reflow Cxd4753gb?

    Sony XBR65X850B 65-Inch 4K Smart LED TV. I could force on the tv backlight.
    Mainboard has no signal to the power supply. I need to change ic9404 Cxd4753gb or ic9004 ?
