You need to test with LED (Load) in place, exposed pins on top side of the board are ODD number pins, not even number pins.

2 and 4 read 362. As I held the multimeter on 10 and 12 together the left side of thebacklight stays on but once I remove the multimeter it goes off again.

Well now the sound doesn't work. I can see the picture with the flashlight but now there is no backlights and no sound. I am feeling defeat here..

Just a update for anyone having issues with no backlight and led voltages are reading 365v dc samsung ue49ku6470 same backlight as the model number in this post and when I stripped the screen the left side strip totally burnt out possibly water corrosion
