Just got this out of a dumpster and wanted to see if its savable... I fixed the power supply and everything works great except for the lines...

Looks like a failure which is most likely because it was tossed into the dumpster. You do however have on your hands a valuable main board. Those things go for a good $100 on eBay. I would either keep it for a future repair or put that main board for sale online. -
