Hi Tiku, check the panel number on the internet and the lvds connection is what type. Most chinese boards will not drive anything 4k panels. Attached is example panel label.

            Panel data:
            http://www.panelook.com/VVX32H100G00...ter_22398.html

A quick google search gave this, a driver board needed before it can be connected to a universal TV board.

                  Hi Tiku,
I cannot tell you much about the universal tv boards as they are very dependent on the firmware available for that panel. There are also firmware-less universal tv boards available.

As for the blinking error code , got this on fixya.com
One Blink:*One blink of the power LED indicates a problem in the inverter circuit located on the LCD panel. The inverter board is not to be repaired in the field. Therefore a replacement is required.
Three Blinks:*Three blinks of the power LED indicates an over-current or over-voltage condition in one of the DC supplies of the AP board. The AP board is repairable. Therefore the use of an ohmmeter and peak-hold-voltmeter is required to determine the cause of the shutdown. An over-voltage condition is definitely a defect of the AP board. An over-current condition may be due to a short circuit located in the AP board, A board, or the LCD panel.*
Five, Seven, or Eight Blinks:*The A board is responsible for five, seven or eight blinks of the power LED. The MAIN +3.3V, MAIN +5V, and MAIN +9V sources are all produced on the A board. The detection input pins of the MPU, IC1100, monitor for their presence.
Four or Six Blinks:*The AP board is responsible for four or six blinks of the power LED. The DTV9V, and SUB_5V sources are produced on the AP board. The MPU IC1100 monitors for their presence when the unit is connected to AC Power. A short or open circuit on the A board may also be responsible for their absence.
Nine Blinks:*Nine blinks of the power LED is due a short circuit in the audio output circuit (s) of the unit. The audio output circuit is located on the A board. Confirm the status of the speakers. If defective, perform a replacement. If ok, replace the A board.
Ten Blinks:*Ten blinks of the power LED indicates a malfunction of IC4200, the frame converter. This IC resides on the A board. Therefore ten blinks of the power LED requires the replacement of the A board.

The above may be relevant for your tv.

Re: Panasonic TH-L32C30D On 3 Blinks

I know about blink codes as they are mention in the manual. I have one board with 9 blinks which was irepairable after trying everything including removing speakers cable, also tried to take forum friends help over here
                    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=65744

Now this is the second one gone bad, i have two panels and three supples with me, but only one working A Board which now went bad, so i need exact part to look for in the A-Board, panel and supply is 100% OK.

                    as you said
"Three Blinks:*Three blinks of the power LED indicates an over-current or over-voltage condition in one of the DC supplies of the AP board. The AP board is repairable. Therefore the use of an ohmmeter and peak-hold-voltmeter is required to determine the cause of the shutdown. An over-voltage condition is definitely a defect of the AP board. An over-current condition may be due to a short circuit located in the AP board, A board, or the LCD panel"

We have Voltage Fluctuations Isuue in our Country. so their might be a voltage surge, i have ohmmeter but i dont have peak-hold-voltmeter with me.

Ok this fault is Repairable, But i dont know where to look into, can somebody please guide me which part or parts (IC) I should check, i am attaching the Blink Chart.
I have checked this board in another working TV Set, so the fault is in the Board not the panel.
                      Thanks.

                        by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Panasonic P58V11B 8 and 12 blinks error "fix"
                        by Biruslapio
Bought this TV used not working, panel flashed briefly on power up and it was blinking 8 times, a quick look on SS board revealed a common fault on the 3uF 250V capacitors, C201 to C205 (C1620X in the service manual), the solder joints were all cracked, C201 and C205 pins were darkened and some sparking had occurred on them, C201 was split open and clearly overheated in its last hours, replaced that one and resoldered the others, 8 blinks fixed.

Also the previous owner broke the antenna connector by taking the TV out of the wall mount forgetting to unplug it, I desoldered the tuner...

                        Panasonic plasma TX-P42ST50 - 6 blinks
                        by jm1234
                        Hi,
anyone able to provide the service manual for old plasma Panasonic TX-P42ST50E?
It turns off almost immediately (0~5 seconds after pressing the on/off button) and starts flashing the red diode 6 times.
I disconnected the left-hand side board (SC?, both the ribbon cable and the power cable to it) and also another ribbon going to bottom left board. Then the led signal is 8 flashes. According to service guide to another Panasonic plasma it would mean the left-hand side board is faulty. But I'm not sure it 100% applies to my model.
I checked that board for any obvious faults...

Panasonic Plasma TH-50PZ85U No screen No blinks on red power light
                        by Alicat
                        Hello,

Stopped by this site trying to fix my parents Panasonic Plasma TV.

                        Model number is TH-50PZ85U

Power comes on and the red power light stays on solid.

Did a few checks like hold the power button on for 60 seconds, hold the - Volume while holding the menu button, no luck, still@ blank grey screen as the screen lights up very vague.

I also hear a few clicks.

I also think my parents said there was a thunderstorm and the TV failed after that.

Section 6 in the service manual talks about power and no screen,...

                        Hello all,
As the title states, I followed the troubleshooting guide located here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/23...page=53#manual, which concluded the 'A' board needs to be replaced. Looking around the net and eBay, I see that there are repair services for the board (TNPH1043UE? Not sure if it is a 'UE' as the suffix grid does not appear marked). What additional troubleshooting can be performed to ensure 1) this board is the problem and 2) since there are repair services, what are they fixing on the board?) I expected 3.3V not to be available anywhere...
