    Repairing a Timing Controller TCON board for 47LM4600

    Hi folks,

    Just replaced a defective TCON card and my TV is back to life. Great, but I'm trying to fix the TCON board

    The board has a dead-short on it. Testing diodes in the power supply circuit region, one seems "Short" and the other not identified as a Diode by my meter.

    By any chance, does anyone have a schematic for that board?
    it's 6870C-0148A or 6871L-2969B

    The Diode has a marking of 31 25 on it. Looked everywhere and I can't find a replacement for it, or what the specs are. Any help is much appreciated.

          Hi There,

          This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

          After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

          I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

          Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

          I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

          The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

          With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

          I have a Sharp LC-46D85UN TV that has had a main board issue. Since this model is from 2009, I am not able to find an exact replacement of the main board.           I recently bought a used tankless hot water heater and the controller board is completely dead no power up when power is applied the display board works however the main controller board does not work correctly at all the fuse is good

          I bought a used replacement controller board that also had issues that I was able to fix and now the tankless water heater works correctly now

          Just have two XS002 controller board for Epilog laser engraver for repair, looking for any schematic or doc on those board. So far I could only find the "Service training manual", but it's for the whole unit, not specific to the controller board and there is very little info on the board itself.

          For instance I don't even have the connectors pinout
