BTW, the BL-ON signal wire goes directly from main board to the MASTER inverter board. PNL power is not for inverter circuit, it is for switched 12V for the panel T-CON board.Never stop learning

Hmm, I need to look at the inverter board to see what the required Voltages are to run the inverter boards (there are 4 inverter boards).
BTW, did you look at the service manual regarding to the error codes?Never stop learning

Sounds like you have a bad main board to me, since there isn't PNL PWR and no BLon either. Those are generated on the main board.Comment

So far it looks like your power supply is OK, but you should see error codes, may be the main board is really dead and not showing any blinking codes at all.Never stop learning

The code is in service shows what the power LED flashing codes are, see the service manual as suggested..Never stop learning

I realize this thread is a year old, but my Sharp LC60C52U is doing exactly the same things. In addition, my blink codes are: Power LED 3x, OPC LED 1 x indicating a communication error. Was there a resolution to the problem? Thanks!

Hello guys,
I have a Philips 240B7QPJEB. The monitor seems completely dead.
I opened it and measured the voltages of the powersupply. I found that a mosfet was dead and replaced it.
On the connector, that goes to the TCON board, all voltages 15-19V and 5V are present.
The small connector on the left of the PSU has two cables with 18V and all the other have 0.2V. It connects on this small connector on the left ontop of the panel. I guess the backlight? Seens fine I guess.
The weird thing is, that the Power LED is powered over the TCON board.

When the LED's are plugged into the PS board I get an output voltage of 74v DC. If I unplug the LED's the output voltage on the PS is 184v DC. Does this indicate a weak PS?

Anyone know the correct output voltage of this board to the inverters? This board is used in many 42" to 62" Sharp Aquos (2005 - 2010 era) TVs. Also known as ZEBRALC605-4001CC.
SOMEONE must have this data - help gratefully appreciated.
