sharp lc52d62u LCD TV no 12V coming out of PSU all other voltages ok

I have a sharp lc52d62u lcd tv... TV click and tries to turn on( clicking) have steady green power light . checked all voltages on PSU and i noticed the 2 pins that should be providing 12V are providing 0.24V, any idea where the fault may be on PSU?

we need clear straight shot high res picture of your boards, front and back.
Check that 12V rail on the PSU for a short.

We need hi-res pictures of the whole board, it must be good enough to see the traces on the bottom side of the board and clear enough to read the texts on the top side of the board.
Right now I cannot even read the board P/N to do the research on it.
Is this the exact matched to your board?

on a hunch i replaced the whole PSU we a new one from shopjimmy
part# 184wjqz

i have all my voltages now except pin3 and pin4 that give me 0.24V and should be 12V

I hear tv clicking and trying to turn on now, but no pic or sound.

any idea why i am not getting the 12V out of the new PSU now on Pin3 and 4

disconnect one of the tcon to panel cables, power up.... repeat doing the same with the other. Anything different?

no change, still get 0.24v on pin 3 & 4, for some reason 12V is not being turned on.

BTW, you have 3 connectors on the cold side and I do not see any pin label to tell us what each pin is for, so pin 3 and pin 4 of which connector?

2nd connector from the top left (PH)

3&4 pin on that connector starting from to bottom of connector

did you remove load from 12v supply ? maybe short killed first board .

what does the 12V drive? where would i remove the load for 12V, another observation is on the main board there is a red LED that is flashing constantly

Do you have the pin names for that PH connector? Where does that PH connector go to?
The 12V may be a switched on non-switched 12V.
Most 12V is used for T-CON and audio amplifier.
Please show us the pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.

Pin 3 and Pin 4 look to be switched 12V for the T-CON board.
There must be other pins on that power supply board's connectors that is for the control signal to turn on the PNL 12V switcher.
Do you have other connector pin names? Please list them since I do not see them printed on the board, that will make troubleshooting easier. The more details you provide the better help you will get.
What is the P/N of IC5702?
My post #4 with the link to SJ, is that the same exact board you have?

I was reviewing the service manual schematic provided in a previous post in this thread

it shows all the connectors

p10-48 it looks like its looking for the 12V pON signal to come from the main board?
