rca LED55G55R120Q no picture lights on sound works

have here a rca 55 inch on power up backlight comes on no picture other times has picture sometimes after 10 minutes from a unplugged state

power supply seems to be working 155 v on led both banks 12v and 5v both there power to main and tcon seems ok. mosfets all test good. thinking this is a mainboard issue possibly eeprom as the intermittent function

nobody is interested? ok changed the caps on the mainboard and frc came on once then no video again second reboot. found a frc and mainboard for under 50 waiting on them now.

This most likely sounds like a mainboard issue. What's command pin doing during This? Ps_on?
Try jumping ps-on to ground with connector disconnected from main board?
