Yeah I kinda figured that. I’m looking for both boards now.

Fuses test good and 60 volts on both sides of f100, cx101 & cx102. Purchased a replacement board from shopjimmy based on diagnosis followed here and exact same issue. So either I got a bad board having same issue or I would assume it is my main board that was the failure.

I did the jumper test discussed above and all backlights come on.

L220 has almost 16 volts(15.86 to be exact).

      Any further input on diagnosis?
Unplug cable from powerboard to mainboard again, do the jumper test if backlights come on and stay on, powerboard should be ok, then a replacement mainboard should do the trick. Might not work tho if something went wrong.

Quit because THIS SITE LETS A ROGUE MEMBER TYPE ANY GARBAGE HE PLEASES AND THE POWERS THAT BE NEVER DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO HE NEVER QUITS. THEN YOU GET A PENALTY FOR RESPONDING TO HIS ATTACKS. BEEN GOING ON FOR WAY TOO LONG. DONE SUPPORTING A SITE THAT ALLOWS THIS BS.

Do you have a picture of the new eeprom in place?

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
          by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

          Assuming...

          Fishing bite alarm drains battery
          by Mcfeetroy
Good day to all. The bite alarm drains 9-volt Krona batteries. Current consumption when switched on is about 50 mA. I wiped the board from oxides, I will attach a photo (on the board there is a j3y transistor and a 7533 stabilizer, the microcircuit is erased = (the 3.3-volt stabilizer heats up weakly. I replaced it, nothing changed. I unsoldered the microcircuit, the consumption disappeared. The resistance on the pins of the unsoldered microcircuit from the point clockwise is more than 2 megaohms, the 11th leg is presumably ground. I warmed up the microcircuit, the consumption does not change....

          Vizio P65Q9-H1 power issue
          by EazyBone
I am learning and trying to repair TVs as a hobby so any help would be great.

Picked up a P65Q9-H1 for $20 and wanted to see what I could do.

TV has no power and no standby light.

Pins from PSU to main board read 16 for the 4 pins as they should and the PSON
Read 3 volts. Now I was hitting the power button and the 3 volts would drop to about .9 if I held it and nothing would happen. No click, nothing. I would let go and it would rise back to 3. After testing many things on the PSU and main I now test PSON and hit the button and now I got zero...

          Vizio M60-C3 black screen
          by paqman
So our beloved M60-C3 up and died the other day. I was not there, my wife mentioned that it came on, displayed the logo, then showed the right half of the screen white and fuzzy, with the left half of the screen ok. However when I got around to looking at it, the screen would not come on at all. The indicator LED will come on, then dim a bit. After a while, the LED might blink a bunch of times. I can't get it to be consistent to do that.

So I've got the back off and am checking voltages. The capacitors on the power supply board visually check out. No bulges or anything. They all show...
