LC-46LE630E bad video after some minutes, phantoms or what?

Hi, this tv i have bought with the defect (also as said from the seller) of perfect audio video from the power on and after about 10 miutes artifatcs on all the screen that fades to an almost dark video with dark streaks. Tests made are that when defect occured AVDD and Von came off, pulled off the tcon and made some tests, especially warming up with the soldering iron on the chips and discrete semicon apart the main chip doesn't revealed the one sensible to hot, by my error i have put the iron's tip on a metal part of a transistor on the board supplied externally by a PSU, the tip is at ground and the fuse blewn, replaced the fuse the tcon worked again, but now it never stop working!! After 6 hours of function, switched on 2-3 times, no issues.. Like my other recent experience with Sharp panels ther's something magic that restores full function after only some simple tests on the board (maybe the running by an external PSU). So what i have to think?

    Thanks!

    THE TV IS SHARP MODEL

Cold solder joints that get reconnected after handling?? Look at the pin connectors, etc for loose or weak joining. Sometimes they don't look bad but internally they are. Re-heat all joints if possible.

So you are supplying an external power supply 12v tcon? Possibly drop o n voltage from original source was your problem?
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

No external supply only on some of the tests..
No defect on the tv PS cause now tv is working from too much hours... some hitting tests then i'm near to resell it as working..

The problem could have been a bad panel. I had the same with a philips , fine on start up and suddenly a black haze on the screen. Like a curtain......

You could have tried to pull the tabs on the side of the LCD.

don't remembers me a panel problem, i'm almost sure the fault was in tcon, a panel can't make fine pitch artifacts like this.
