Hi Guys,
I have the same model build date is Feb 2015. My symptoms are a steady blink from the power light and nothing else. One blink 3 seconds one blink. I have the back off and it has 5V standby power but not the 16V to the main board. When I plug it in here is a black relay that clicks the backlight LEDs flash a couple of times and then clicks again which is when the power light starts flashing again. I am assuming this is a protection relay. When it clicks the first time (I assume on) I get the 16V at the jumper that says SRV 16V. I did disconnect the T-con board and the protection relay still clicked on and off. I am not sure if disconnecting the T-con board isolates the LEDs as the original poster had LED issues causing a similar problem. I hope this is enough to get started and someone is willing to help. Can someone help me isolate this problem?
My skills are mostly self taught and I have been repairing old audio amplifiers and receivers stuff like Marantz Sansui etc so this is all solid state stuff. I have little or no experience with LCD TVs. I certainly do have a multimeter, solder station, Chinese component tester etc.
