LG 37LH7000 vertical lines, no image

Hi guys! I don't have a lot of experience so ask you to help the TV has vertical lines, no image, sound ok. T-con is changed, no effect. Cables are cleaned, no effect. I've also checked all pins on t-con going from main to t-con. Voltages on main seem to be ok. Bad panel?..
